We had a directors meeting this week and below are items from that meeting.
Qualified Participants
Here is a list of qualified people as of the 8/12/11 Central 4D show/rainout!!
It takes 6 races to qualify for the finals and 7 races to qualify for awards. (We are known to have some pretty nice awards!)
Directions to Bit & Spur... Bentley
Off 96 HWY Halstead-Bentley road which is, N 151st S W, Turn north trough Bentley 117th street. Turn east on 117th street, approximately 1 1/2 miles. There is a sign that says BIT & SPUR on the south side on that road. Off Ridge Road you will turn on 109th street and drive approximatley 3 miles. To 119th street (?) Turn north one mile to 117ths street and then turn west 1/2 mile.
KSC4D Directors Addressing Members Concerns
We have received a few complaints/concerns regarding calling off the Haysville race. Whereas we fully understand this was an inconvenience to some, we apologize the race had to be called, but given the nearness of the cloud to ground lightening we felt it was absolutely necessary for the safety of our members and their mounts.
